Portsmouth was beginning of the year and players still getting in basketball shape.
Burg was the playoffs and played stall ball with nothing to lose but still lost.
Look at the Ironton and Portsmouth game the second time around and it was not even close.

Martins Ferry has some really physical kids around the paint. Very impressive win tonight vs. Garaway. Shot the ball pretty good against one of the East District's perennial D-III powers.
Purple Riders seems to play to the level of the competition, but don't count out Sabatino's club.
