I'm betting on 4 from Mullins!
I agree with PirateFan[69] and Burgfella69, Mullins is a sharpshooter who has been en fuego this year! This game will be Burgs as they have too many athletes that Alex won't be able to compete with. Burg continues to roll by 20+.

GO BURG!!!

Harvest Prep might be even better than last year after looking at some of their scores.

Zanesville Bishop Rosecrans is pretty solid this year, and HP drummed them by 40+ both times. Amanda Clearcreek had a good season (winning record) and Harvest Prep just destroyed them by 42.

Burg absolutely does have a shot because Holden will be the best player on the floor just like he was last year..... but they're going to have to shoot it well from the outside

If you combine “Skill Set” with “Athleticism”, Wheelersburg is the most talented team in the Region. C.J. Anthony is a very talented guard but after that they are athletic but do not have the skill that Wheelersburg has. Wheelersburg is still my pick to win the Region.

Totally understand. It would be a great game to watch assuming both teams make it there, no doubt about that.

I think this game gets ugly quick. Burg has too many weapons. Alexander with 7 losses has not seen a team as good as this Burg team. Burg by 15-20.

If Burg gets there,
HP is the favorite but burg will play with them. It will come down to basically keeping HP from straight line drives, which probably is burgs weakest link in their defense. What burg is really good at is playing the passing lanes and defensive switches. They would have to make every pass difficult and also have a high percentage from behind the arc. I would give them a good chance to win if those things happened. But first things first, win the next game.

I agree, Burg's biggest struggle will be competing with quick drives in the lane. However, their lineup is complete with sharpshooters, who if get hot, will stay hot for the remainder of the game.

Give Burg HP's athleticism and they're the state favorite, easily.

I believe Burg comes out with the W in this one. Alexander is solid, but I don't see them beating Burg

D1 Holden due to have a HUGE game in the playoffs. I think this will be the one where he shows what he did against HP last year. Great players rise to big occasions and Holden is a great player, and will again be the best player on the court this weekend. Burg by MANY.

Burg just needs to be focused on Alexander right now because if Burg doesn't have a good game Alexander will have a chance Burg just needs to keep playing good defense and I think the shots will start to fall and also good luck to Burg girls tonight GO BURG!

I’d love to see them play D just once. Watched all year and I’m not impressed with the ole D their playing. No mid line principles to speak of. Rebounding is a chore unless Holden does it. Truitt will occasionally. McCorkle can when he gets time.
Sorry guys, I’ll get off my soap box....

So a team that held 9 opponents under 45 points, and 6 of those under 40, and only gave up around 47 per game while scoring around 74 didn't play defense? Man, you are hard to please. lol

Haven't been able to make it to the Convo for any games this year, but how has the attendance been? Heard there were a good amount from Burg in their last game.
