OVC 09-10 Scores and Standings

I'VE BEEN TO SCRIMMAGES THIS YEAR AND ALOT OF WALKS,FOULS,WAS NOT CALLED THEY LET THE KIDS PLAY. REAL GAMES ARE ALOT DIFFERENT THAN SCRIMMAGES.

I was there at the volleyball previews. It was nice, but the bleachers were kinda small and they didn't have the air running and they told us the phones hadn't even been connected yet.
But it is nice. . . I can't help but wonder if they lost some home court advantage by leaving Cheshire.

yeah, it was hot during previews. I was halfway up the bleachers and was sweating by the second game! Gym is nice. Looks like a small auxilliary gym at one end behind the bleachers but couldnt tell for sure. Saw a basketball hoop on the wall.

I still think anyone playing any OVC team will hafta bring their A-game, and that includes interconference games. While I live in Peake & my wife & sons graduated from Peake, & I'll root for Peake, no game in the OVC will be a gimme. Given all the pro-Peake hype, all the others will be "gunning" for them, and they're all good teams. And while I believe they have the potential to run the table in conference play, they'll hafta EARN every win.

I have been to many happenings there so far,it has never been even close to as hot as it was in the old gym at Cheshire,it was easily bearable! I klnow AC was left out for economical reasons after all we don't want $22,000.00 electric bills like one of the other schools close to us.

Word is they need an operating levy within 5 years? RV can easily afford what our bills run at this time.

They should have saved the $50 they spent on the PA system. I had no idea what they were saying, haven't heard that much scratching on the mike since I went to a rap concert.

dont overlook CG lots of returning starters monnier + sparks+ damron+ someone very talented who hasnt played since they were in 8th grade
