Did Eastern not play a league game tonight?

No. They were off tonight, play Eastern Pike tomorrow.

Thanks! That is very unusual that a league would not schedule a league game on a Friday night. Did the rest of the SHAC play tonight?

Every game last night in the SHAC was a league game besides Ripley vs Mason County. Due to that game, there was nobody to play for Eastern in league action. Good scheduling for them as they got a night off to prepare for a tough test in Eastern Pike at the Coach Young Classic.

Mason County would probably be considered a D1 size school on this side of the river so kudos to Ripley. Hopefully they make another trip to UD this postseason

I’m surprised with the Eastern Brown score with Eastern Pike. I thought with EB not playing last night and being fresh that they would wear EP down. I would have thought a Double OT game would favor EB. I thought wrong!!

Well EP has maybe the most best conditioned point guard in the state, he probably helped.

The SHAC teams beat up on each other all year and it always pays dividends by tourney time.From D4 to Dlll the teams are battle tested.
