Does VC suffer a hangover after the Home loss to the Huntsmen of Huntington? Do the Tigers bring in the new year, with their second consecutive victory?
I imagine both teams have something to prove here. I believe the game is closer then some expect. I think the Tigers can still break out of their early season funk.

After just realizing the game is Saturday, I all ready see Waverly lost another game in OT tonight, while VC gets back on the winning side of the ledger.
That said, Waverly will suffer a hangover tomorrow and the slide may continue. They have a brutal schedule coming up and they better hope the Seniors aren't starting to get Spring Fever and throw in the towell.

Hopefully Waverly can bounce back after a tough loss last night. They are making progress and headed in the right direction.
I hope Walls controls Guthrie like he did last year. Guthrie had 20 points 10 rebounds and kept Walls in foul trouble all night.
