I think it starts Wendesday. Has anyone heard how strong the field is in this tourny?

Coal Grove High School
7:00PM.......Coal Grove vs Raceland
8:20PM.......Lewis County vs Symmes Valley
Coal Grove Middle School
7:00PM.......Ironton vs River Valley
8:20PM.......Rock Hill vs Portsmouth West
Semi-Finals..........................Saturday Jan 19th
Coal Grove High School
1:00PM & 2:20PM
Finals..................................Monday Jan 21st
Coal Grove High School
Consolation game 1:00PM
Championship 2:20PM

Young Tigers have looked pretty good. I've not seen any of the teams in the tourny this year. Tigers are 10-0 and really haven't had a close game . Hope they continue to play well. they play well together,move the ball around and really don't care who scores-as long as they have a Tiger uniform on.

I guess the 7pm start time is after happy hour so that makes it easier for you to get TTT there!

I'm no expert on any team, but here's how I will guess my way through the tournament:
Coal Grove over Raceland
Lewis County over Symmes Valley
Ironton over River Valley
West over Rock Hill
Lewis County over Coal Grove
Ironton over West
Coal Grove over West (3rd Place Game)
Ironton over Lewis County (Champions)
I don't know that any freshman team around will touch Ironton. Usually Lewis County is very good, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt and put them in the title game.

Ironton won tonight. The score was something like 53-10. We looked pretty good.
Rock Hill was beating Portsmouth West at the half something like 15-8.
Anyone have the final score???

Thought the freshmen Tigers looked a little flat on offense but stepped up and played well on defense. everyone got to play 2 quarters.I was surprised that river valley had only 5 players on the team. Do they have injuries or is that all they have?
Just got a call that west came back won 33-30. also heard coal grove won big. anyone heard symmes valley - lewis co. winner?

Haven't heard anything that's not in this thread...but I'm 3-0 on the other three games!

RV has 8 freshmen. Due to injury and after school attendance makeup they only had 5 make the trip to CG last night.

Thanx for the info. thats tough for the 5 that were left to go into a game with no help from the bench.

Ironton advances to the championship game against Symmes Valley with a 61-22 victory over Portsmouth West.....

The championship game will be held, Monday, January 21st at Approx. 2:20 p.m. It will be at Coal Grove High School.

coal grove won over west by 30-40 for third place Ironton beat symmes valley 75 -41 for the championship.congrats tigers kee on rollin

Congats to Ironton on winning the tourament. The game was even for a half with S.V. leading by four.The second half Ironton came out an scored the first twenty points.
