Chilly BIG!!! Jackson doesnt matchup well at any position. If they keep it within 20 it would be a moral victory. Good Luck to both teams.

at jackson, chilli led 47-7 at halftime, and no starter saw the court the 2nd half. will chilli rest their starters early if the score is similar because of the game fri.? cavs have to be tired playing 6 games in 12 days....

Jackson has struggled this year. The last couple of games, they have played better, but still lost. I love our boys , but I think Chillicothe will win this one also.

I hate to say it, but I think coach K should keep them in there a little bit longer in preparing the CAVS to play Zanesville. We will be darned if we do and be darned if we don't considering what the score will be anyway :?:

No you won't...No Jackson fan of any intelligence would be offended if the starters played til the 4th qtr providing it was a blowout....now if they are up 30+ and pressing at any point in the game I would have a problem.

Does Hump get tired??? I would guess resting during the Jackson game would be more beneficial than play a full game at full speed by the main players.........as per the rest of the season.

Jackson is 2-13 I think....Chilly is one of the finest teams in the state.....I really think Jackson fans should get out and travel to Chilly to support the boys. They play very hard and ARE improving. I think it would be great to have a nice Jackson representation at the game...the kids deserve it as they are playing hard without many positive feelings.

I'm going to drag my butt to Chilly, I don't dread the beating as I am well aware of the difference between the two teams this year. What I dread is having to sit in the balcony because there is no visitor's side in Chilly. I know that they sell season tikets and all that, but I think it sucks that we have to sit in the rafters because they want to get that "home feel" to their gym. It isn't illegal (although OHSAA should consider legislating it), it isn't wrong, it's just selfish and inconvenient to th visitors. Zanesvill does a similar thing and I don't think that's cool either.

Bottom line: I'll be there supporting my apparently unathletic son and his teammates.

ji81grad,

The seats right behind the visitors bench are for the visting team. The reserved seats start about mid court over to the Cavs bench.

On the other side, the seats are reserved around the mid-court section and up to the railing. All else are general admission. I have not seen the visitors area behind the bench full all season and I have been at all the games.

Good luck to the Ironman. I sat with a grandmother and mother of one of the players, and I can tell you they support the kids. Tough luck what is going on down there, but with the pride and tradition the Ironmen will bounce back.

GO CAVS!!!!

I know when we went last year we got moved theree times by season ticket holders. I certainly am not intimately knowledgeable about the seating chart so I think I know what areas you are talking about. Still can't get there early enough for a good seat I fear. Still a wrestling team to coach first.

Jackson......no disrespect guys, take a deep breath, quit complaing. You complained about Wellston coming back the other night after they were down by 14 points at the classic. I think I read complaints from Jackson Posters about the refs, Coach Derrow getting the refs, accusations of recruiting, etc, etc.

You complained about football this season on here CONCERNING bad calls being made by the refs between our CAVS and your Ironmen at the Hernstein.

Now, you are complaining about Chillicothe's Hatton Gym visitors seating arrangement.

My land, can't we just be satisfied. :-D

Good Luck Ironmen play ball :!:

GO CAVS :!:

Roll Big Blue and White to Victory :!:

army is on a roll the last few days. He got a dose of Chilly over Dunbar and Wellston over Jackson Saturday. Double victory for the passionate Cavs fan.

Army will not (I repeat) back down from any poster or anybody.

GO CAVS!!!

bronc21,

I was respectful....just see a trend happening here. I think the Hatton accomadates pretty decent deal for our visiting fans. They have to remember, we have an older Gym that was renovated. It's not a brand new gym like so many other schools have in the SEOAL. This is a first I have heard about our visiting bleachers.

And......you know as well as I do... we are going to always take care of our season ticket holders too. :-D

I have to agree with Army as well. I am always wearing my Cavalier White or Blue, and I never have been escorted to the Vistors section (even in the OCC schools I visited). We do however, keep the section behind the visitors bench for the visiting fans and then overflow into the balcony. No different then the other side of the gym.

Some schools allow home fans behind the visiting bench which allows for heckling, etc.

I am sure there will be plenty of seats available tomorrow night for the Jackson game. Our fans continue to not show up on Tuesdays.

GO CAVS!!!

Thanks hitchbone64 :!: :-D

I have nothing against Jackson. There kids are just like ours. They play with heart and want to win too. Plus they are in our SEOAL. I am just tired of the complaining. Whether it's a loss, or our refs at the F-Ball Game or our seating at the Hatton. I hope they play well and have a respectful and safe game against our CAVS tomorrow. But I must admit....It was so great to see my Alma Mater Rio Grande win over Wilberforce.... our Kids School the Chillicothe CAVS win over Dayton Dunbar in a dramatic victory......and my alma mater Wellston coming back after being down by 14 points in the 4th period and defeat there arch-rival Jackson 70-66 in OT. :-D

What a night it was in Wellston :!:

GO CAVS :!:

Army,

I've seen complaints about seating on this thread, but I haven't seen one Jackson fan complaining about officiating. Also, what in the world does last football season have to do with this basketball game? The only trend I see developing is you getting more annoying by the day. You've been going crazy the last few days, insulting anyone and everyone. For no reason, you are throwing the Wellston loss in the face of Jackson fans yet again and talking about how we do nothing but complain. Jackson fans, and pretty much everyone else on this board, are the ones who are getting tired...tired of listening to you run your mouth constantly.
