I think NY can win this game after their strong showing against Alexander last night. NY lost to Alex 55-52. Meigs beat NY in Pomeroy 59-46. Given that this game is in Nelsonville, I think NY has a shot at winning its second league game of the season. NY is currently 6-13 on the season and 1-8 in the TVC OHIO.

Buckeyes 2007-2008:

NY 66 @ Athens 63
NY 62 Trimble 58
@ Waterford 69 NY 37
@ Federal Hocking 71 NY 41
Vinton County* 78 NY 45
@ Wellston* 58 NY 46
NY 54 @ Miller 53
Belpre* 69 NY 44
@ Alexander* NY (missing score)
@ Trimble 59 NY 50 OT
@ Meigs* 59 NY 46
Federal Hocking 63 NY 46
@ Vinton County* 103 NY 48
NY 66 Athens 64 OT @ National Hoops Classic - Wellston
NY 41 Miller 40
NY 76 Wellston* 62
@ Belpre* 75 NY 54
Southern 62 NY 43
Alexander* 55 NY 52

Remaining Schedule:
Meigs*
Division III Sectional Tournament vs. Alexander @ Jackson

GO BUCKS!!!

nelsonville by 6 61 to 55 i think.
chris goode went down hurt in the 2 quarter and meigs leading by alot. from there we had no inside pressure and # 33 ate us up. no rebounds, no points, no defence.
i hope chris is not hurt badly meigs seen tonight how much he is needed. clearly will is not the part of the plan.

Jay Kline is an unreal coach and motivator. He is working with Barrick and players from a 3-win JV team from a year a go. He has won 7 games with this crew. He is the best coach in the area and it's not close. If the players are even...Jay Kline will beat you.....fact. If the players are close to even...Jay Kline will beat you...fact. He is unreal. Vinton County and Federal Hocking should be building a house and offering it to the man. He would take those teams to state titles. NY people should be shining his shoes and rubbing the man's back. Unbelievable.

Congratulations Buckeyes!!! I knew you could win this game!!! NY will enter the sectional tournament at 7-13 overall and 2-8 in the TVC OHIO.

The Buckeyes put a scare in Alex a few days ago, and I think if NY plays as a team they can upset the Spartans in the sectional! GO BUCKS!!!!

And next year, NY will make some noise. Guarantee it!!!! :) :) :)

If Jay Kline would have been sick and gone for the night....

Meigs wins....

If Jay Kline was coaching Meigs......

Meigs is 16-4 and finishing a close 2nd to vinton in the tvc. Maybe even winning it.

I agree. He is a real key to making the Meigs offense roll. I was much more impressed with Meigs than I was with Nelsonville when I've saw both teams play. But Congrats to the Buckeyes on the win.

P.S. Jay Kline for President

Fasteach...I've got Meigs final regular season record at 8-11. Did the Marauders just play 19 games this winter, or did I miss one? Thanks.
