... this will be an interesting matchup! Fletcher/Carter & Co. vs Salyers/Maddox/Fuller & Co. ... Fairland freshman Nathan Campbell will be introduced to THE BEST true PG in Southern Ohio in Mr. Carter ... will be very interested in seeing how that matchup pans out - will be a definite learning experience for the young freshman pg from FHS ... then we have Salyers vs Fletcher ... Evan Salyers is one of the few true post players in Southern Ohio , great size at 6-5/strength/width as well ... Salyers can shoot the mid-range jumper, play with his back to bucket, AND get to the rim on the baseline, Trey Fletcher - speed/strength/ shoots the outside jumper/3 ball ... would be a GREAT game to see from the Cheap Seats ...

52 continues over into West Virginia at Chesapeake. You hit Rt. 7 there and go about 5 miles to the other side of Proctorville. Once you pass fairgrounds, Fairland High School is there on the left.

The new school is out back of the old one somewhere, not sure if old one still stands or not.

Fairland will wonder how Chesapeake beat the Tigers when this game is over.

the old Fairland high school still stands but is now the Fairland middle school. as you're coming to the middle school you can take a left at the bp and fairgrounds across from foodfair, follow that road through the bend and Fairland high school will be on the right beside an apartment complex. you can also cut through the middle school parking lot to get to the hs, once you go through the parking lot take a right on the road that goes in front of another school (which is Fairland west elementary) and you'll reach a stop sign, go right and the hs is right there.

The big question now is, will Brown and Fletcher play for the Tigers after they both suffered injuries tonight in the Chillicothe game.

I agree. Any word on the severity of the injuries? With the seeding already established and no league title to play for, it would make sense for the Tigers to use this time to get some heavy minutes for some reserves against a very good basketball team in Fairland. It's even bigger considering Fairland is led by their outstanding big man inside. I was interested in seeing how Fairland match-up for 32 minutes against this potent Ironton squad, but at this point, I think it's probably just far more important from the Tigers perspective that they get to 100% health wise before next weekend.

Keep things posted. I am interested in hearing about the outcome of this game, since my WARRIORS may be seeing them in the tourney.

Going to be an interesting game tonight for the Tigers playing without Fletcher and Brown, everyone is going to need to step their game up tonight.
