Frontier 38 @ Fort Frye 39 Final
I think the Cadets get big time revenge in this one. Looks like Frontier is in another slump losing 83-60 last night to Marietta.

Re: Frontier (8-8) @ Fort Frye (12-4) 1/29
I don't this coach Kirkpatrick has ever won in Beverly. Frontier coming off 20 plus losses to River and Marietta. Fort Frye has been inconsistent this year but I don't think the box 1 will work as good in Beverly. Look for Layton and Lang to knock down big 3s in a 15 point win.

Good luck tonight win is huge if they want a home ovac game.
Re: Frontier (8-8) @ Fort Frye (12-4) 2/2
Fort may want to throw this game. I bet they don't want to catch Monroe Central at home again for ovac

I'll give you 10 points if they play in the OVAC and still feel like I'm ripping you offPvcBball wrote:Fort may want to throw this game. I bet they don't want to catch Monroe Central at home again for ovac

Carter Lang did what he does best, hit a big three late to seal the deal.
Stars of the game......Jacob Prichard early, and Tyler Bradford off the bench. Both of these young men hit several key shots to keepThe Cadets in the lead. Nick Camino of The Cougars was their go to man, but the Cadet defense limited his shots.
Fort Frye Jv's also won 67-21.

Looks like Cadets will play a very tough Bellaire squad at home next week.

I guess I'll just have to think that Frontier is a terrible matchup for FF.
No other way to explain it.

It's just Roger knows this team and has a great strategy. These PVC teams always play up vs the Fort. Cadets didn't always play the best but they did beat every PVC team.
Re: Frontier 38 @ Fort Frye 39 Final
Fort Frye has a promising young coach, but he is young, and with the talent at Fort Frye the last couple of years, he didn't have to be outstanding. They have some good players this year, but overall they do have some more limitations to work around. It actually took Liedtke quite a long time to become a good game coach. It is reasonable to expect that Coach Henniger has a lot to learn about being a head basketball coach. Time will tell, but I think The PVC is going to up for grabs for a few years. It should make for some very interesting winters in the near future.
