Re: Portsmouth @ Warren, 12/16
I will be at this one! Coming back to Portsmouth on the 16th to get my parents to bing them to Pa. for Christmas so they can see their Grand/Great grandchildren. Thought I would take the road less traveled(long way) through Warren in order to take this one in. Biggdowgg said he was going. Hope to see everyone up there!Tobias wrote:Nobody going?

Portsmouth is competition ready as they have the Ironton game behind them but this will be Warren's first big test...how will the Warriors perform under duress? Are they ready? I hope this is Warren's year to shine the brightest! Best of luck to the boys and coaches....safe travels to the Trojan's....should be a packed house....

This should be a good game to take in! I'm rolling with TrojanDave for this one. Last season when the trojans made the trip to Warren, we played one of our best regular season games of the year....it probably will take another valiant effort by the Trojans to come out with the win.

i see a double digit win for portsmouth in this one. too much talent and size for warren to handle.

Not sure I agree with this. Both are excellent coaches.....and are excellent fits.
I believe Portsmouth should win....but a long road trip to a tough place to play against a team that just doesn't ever seem to beat itself.

If Warren is fortunate enough to pull this out, they take a huge step up the RESPECT chart ....

Like the Trojans to bounce back in this one. Defense and rebounding will decide this one

you can't take warren by scores, they've played far worse competition. Meigs, gallia, and belpre are all teams that will or would get blown out by Portsmouth as well.dewdrinker wrote:Haven't seen Portsmouth play yet but from the scores ill take warren

Agreed. Meigs is just god awful. I'll take the Trojans 61-54. It's gonna be a tough one for the Trojans, but they've had tougher games and came away with a win. Go Trojans!pressboxchamp wrote:you can't take warren by scores, they've played far worse competition. Wasn't referring to warrens scores I was referring to Portsmouth vs who they have played according to this thread Plus They can't keep up with warren if warren is hot. Better press them all gameTrojan Man13 wrote:Agreed. Meigs is just god awful. I'll take the Trojans 61-54.
