the last 3 games of the day are pretty interesting to me being an ovc native ... the chesapeake-north adams game is really interesting noting north adams recent success at the convo (if im thinking of the right team) and chesapeake is a solid club with copley leading the way.

what is the most intriguing matchup of the day?

Just a reminder -- tickets are $5 if purchased in advance (they are
on sale at the participating schools) or $7 at the door.

One ticket is good for any or all of the eight games, but
a new ticket will likely be needed if you leave the Convo
between games.

I concur on the LE-Fairland game being closer than everyone thinks for a few reasons.

1. LE got off to a couple of week slower start than anyone else due to the long football run in the postseason. Basketball conditioning is still lagging a bit.
2. LE is still feeling themselves out, really, on both sides of the ball.
3. First back to back of the season as LE will spend a lot of energy Friday against a county rival in Teays Valley.
4. Fairland has a pretty good team.

... pfloyd will be in the green seats for the duration (at least I'll be taking in all of the boyz contests) ... Iooking forward to seeing ALL of these match-ups ... I don't see any snoozers on the menu ... all should give us a great feel for what each of these teams bring to the table in the 08-09 campaign ... I always enjoy the opportunity to take in a Coach Stiverson Logan Elm ball club - Congrove/Amann/Blake for LE - interesting to see how the early season 3 game week plus the Friday/Saturday back to back effects the Braves ... Coach Myers Logan Purple will be trying to stop a 2 game skid taking on a good West Muskingum squad ... my most intriguing contest on the day is the Peebles vs Alexander get together - TVC vs SHL should be a dandy - look forward to seeing Justice/Seaman/Arnold for Peebles vs the best of the TVC in Alex ... bottom line - any time you can sit in the cheap seats at the Convo and watch 6-8 games for the price of one it's a great day ...

Do they have the court seat (bleachers) pulled out for these games or is it set up like all the tournament games?

Thanks

I agree the Fairland-Logan Elm game will be close. Logan Elm played a tough game last night and will be playing their third game this week. Fairland didn't play last night and should be well rested. It will come down to who shoots the ball well from the arc as both teams like to fire the three.

It will match the two best teams playing at the Convo today and should be a good game.

The game features some of the best gaurds in southeast ohio
