I agree 100% but I would not be suprised if this is a blow out in favor of the pointers because of what happened the last time these two teams met.

Ok first i dont want anyone to get on here after reading this think i am making excuses for the pointers losing.But it was the first game after the lose of Corey taylor and i just dont think their head or even heart was in this one and they were just to emotionally drained and plus there was an election of the pointers drew lynd.

i didnt realize this game was around the time of the accident... am sure their heads werent into the game.

The Portsmouth game was supposed to be played on tuesday but that was the day of the funeral and hats off to everyone for portsmouth for pp the game.But this game was rescheduled from snow and just happened to be the first game the pointers played after the accident.

The last time these teams ere supposed to play there was snow as well. Interesting to see when this one will be made up. Last time it took a while to agree on a date.

If South Point plays like they have the last two games. I see South Point winning by almost 20. Can't wait to see it!

If someone from South Point can help me here, I would be greatful.

I keep track of SOC II standings for our paper (The Times-Journal) and am missing one makeup game of all of those teams: South Point at Northwest from Feb. 3.

If anybody knows of this makeup date, please list here.

I haven't heard of a makeup date yet. I seriously doubt it will get played. Unless it is this weekend or maybe Monday. SP plays next Wed in the tournament and I know they won't want to play Tues and Weds. in back to back games.

sp didnt even look like wanted to play tonight...they seemed down the whole game...they probly missed half their free throws and id say 7-8 layups as well...it was like a lid was over the basket tonight...hope they get back on track before tournament time

this was a great game by both teams, a pretty agressive game as well. the pointers didnt look like they were ready to play this game, they would get down by to many points and make a comeback but late in the game they had alot of energy but just didnt have one more man back in the back court. if one more man would have been in the back court behind winkler i believe it was, i say this game would have went to OT. but a great game no doubt by both teams but its a shame to see the pointers lose on a buzzer beater lay up.
