Manchester is an extremely good Division 4 team - one of the best in Division 4 but this year North Adams and Peebles are playing at a different level. The guard play of Peebles is just to good and in high school guards rule. I have never saw a team with average to poor guards have great success (not saying Manchester is poor/average) in high school basketball, but I have saw many examples of great size and strength going to waste because of poor guard play.

Pick - Peebles by 10.

Peebles was pretty impressive last night with a 15 point victory at Fairfield. All of the players played extremely well. My Prediction, Peebles by 13

Peebles shouldn't have any trouble winning this game. I will take Peebles by 15 or more.

Good game for Peebles tonight. After a close first half with Peebles holding a slim 28 - 26 lead, the Indians erupted for 51 points in the second half to get the 79 - 64 win. Peebles was up by 20 points (68 - 48) at one time and then Manchester closed with a late run. The Greyhounds actually went on an 11-0 run to cut the lead down to nine points, before Peebles bumped it back up.

After being held very quiet in the first half with only two points, Blake Justice erupted for 28 second half points (including seven 3's) to finish with 30 in the game. This comes on the heels of his 39 point performance on Friday against Fairfield. Nathan Stephens went for a career-high with 15 points and played a very solid floor game. Tyler Arnold, Tyler Caudill, and Andrew Seaman each had around 10 points. TC left the game in the 3rd quarter with a pretty nast cut on his forehead, but after being taken care of by "Doc" he was able to come back and play in the 4th quarter before fouling out late. He definitely showed some toughness tonight as have all the boys over the last two games. Eric Collier and Evan Meade also both came in and gave some quality minutes with Collier getting a couple of big baskets in the first half. Defensively, the intensity was pretty good all night, except for that stretch late in the game where we didn't maintain it.

This was Peebles second game of a stretch of 7 games in 13 days. Get some rest boys and knock them off one at a time.

Just noticed that both Peebles games this weekend were wins by the score of 79 - 64. What are the odds of that?

beaverlover. Manchester is 10-7 now, but they play in a much harder league then what you and your team could ever think about playing in, so don't get on here and start running your mouth about Manchester, cause if your team played in this league they may I mean may have 3 wins...

Manchester has played 3 teams outside the league, which is about what everyone else has played, right? Why is their schedule so much tougher?

This is a very good Greyhounds team...best in years, and they played like winners Saturday, never gave up.

Whoa!!! Easy big guy!! Just asking a simple question...Sounds like someone is a little defensive for whatever reason.I know the SHL is a good league...and I know Manchester has played some tough non conference games so you don't have to get on here and act like an idiot to defend your team...I really did just want to know there record! I will be the classy one and give you a pass on this idiotic post as I would say you are still a little frustrated from the 2 poundings yor Hounds took this weekend,So I will let you take it out on me.Good luck the rest of the way! :)
