Tobias..Did they play a reserve game at Logan this evening?

it does seem as if we are in another season right now....




looking forward to seeing this game,and how the Trojans respond, knowing if you lose, youre season is over....

I would like to see Portsmouth take the last quarter of the Warren game and the first 3 quarters of last night's game with Logan.......that's 4 quarters total.......to Waverly on Monday.........if they do, they will have an excellent chance to win........

I look for Minford to come out fired up and ready to play......they gave us all we could handle in Portsmouth........like Tobias said, it seems like a long time ago.........

Forrest Johnson and Tory Horne have been playing well together in the Trojans' backcourt.......FJ had 23 points, double digits in both the Warren and Logan games, while TH had 37 points total, with 28 against Warren. Anthony Williams as always has been a model of consistency.......double double every night.......almost 60 points this past week.......he has had only 1 game all season scoring single digits..........and he is good for 12-15 rebounds a game..........

Saw a Columbus State coach at the Logan game talking to Coach Shoemaker......I'm sure it was about Anthony.......I have seen him at a number of Portsmouth games.........I sure hope AW gets a chance to play at the next level......I think his best days are ahead of him.........

Biggdowgg brings up a good point.......knowing that your season could be over can bring out the best in your team.........maybe our kids will be focused and intense knowing that it could possibly be their last game if they're not ready to play.

Imm glad you posted thta we thought it was a 615 start. Dowg would have had a heart attack if we got there and it was over.

actualy dowg was told last night we played at 5...I just forgot to tel you.....

I've always been told thats the ones you need to worry about.......the quiet ones.

we will need to bring the "A" game in order to get by the Falcons........even though they got beat by Valley, they didn't quit and played a great game.......young Trojans.........LISTEN to the coaches, forget the attitude and play HARD! GO TROJANS!!

Tobias: Interesting post above.......I wish I had some magic words to kick start this team.......like you said, if our kids could just play to their ability........we could probably beat anyone in our path.......we have the talent, but we haven't lived up to it........at least in the regular season.........but...........

IT'S THE SECOND SEASON........WIN OR GO HOME.........JUST MAYBE OUR KIDS NEED THAT TO PLAY HARD FOR ALL 4 QUARTERS!!!

Trojandave, I couldn't agree with you and Tobias more. If only these young Trojans could check their attitudes at the door, and put 4 solid quarters of hustle together,while hitting their shots and rebounding like there is no tomorrow.(Hope they realize from a Basketball stand point there is not).Then they should advance.
Wish I could be there with you guys to root the Men of Troy on to victory. However, I will be listening on my computer, that is if 99.3 streams this game.
Does anyone know if Wnxt the mix is going to webcast this game?

Good luck to both teams. Check 107.5 and or 99.3 tonight for the game. I know it's on one or the other. They announced it this morning but I can't remember which one they said. I think 107.5 is having the Valley game and the Ports/Min game.

Either team is capabale of winning the game tonight. IMO, it all depends on which team shows up to play, both have been inconsistent at time this year.
