It sure would be nice to see Racine bounce back after giving a championship away and earn some respect. I know this is a long way from almost winning the state, but its a start. So all you Racine players that like to get on here and argue you need to step up and play hard the whole game and win one. If you lose dont blame the refs cause the refs dont miss the shots or get out rebounded.

If Tibbs and Craft get hot SV could win it,but I see Southern coming out on top by 6...

Southern by 8. Looking at who these teams have beaten leaves little doubt to who is the favorite.

I was at the southern-waterford game and i was wondering how the kid from Southern who got hurt was doing?

My son said he was on crutches yesterday at school.

Southern can win w/o him, but it sure enhances their chances greatly if he does play, I'll say that. Southern has several good players, who can step up and in. Again, it sure would help if he does play.

Its tournament time. In 80 and 82 we won a bunch of games in the tournament. The lessons of those days have been lost. Todays Racine athlete prefers baseball. IMO, if we cant beat Slime Valley, we need to add Indoor Soccer as a sport. Here is hoping that grand old arena doesnt get a coating of carpet...

Southern wins. They are ready for the tournament run. Anyone know if roberts is playing? If he is still out with the ankle injury the game will be closer but the tornadoes will still win.

don't know for sure but i heard he was shooting over the weekend. hope he can play & help the team....but he needs to be READY, don' t rush if the ankle is not ready...could lead to more problems down the road.

Chuck Taylor I am getting sick of you acting like you were on the 82 team and running down this years team. Most of us off that team have kids in Southern basketball. As a parent I want to see my kids do better than I did. And I am sure all my teamates do as well. Since you want to act like you were on the 80 or 82 team. Here is a quiz for you. Early in the year I would have taken Southern by 20+. Now I will take Southern by 5 or 7.
