Congrats. to the Blue Devils for a fine season...Compared to recent years it may not appear to be great, however, the work you boys put in to turn this season around might be remembered as the "bridge year" that held the program above water. With the adversity we faced early in the year, the team could have given up, but instead they took a good like in the mirror and decided to improve. No one in Ohio gave the Blue Devils a chance at a winning record in mid-January, but the run they went on was great to see.

To the Seniors: (Joey Prati, Brandon Mills, Brice Howe, Kim Chandler, Zac Watts) Way to stick with it...after playing with the talent you've played with in the past, it can be frustrating playing new guys. However, any success the Jr/Soph have in the future, you will share in b/c over the 2nd half of the season you laid the blue print on the BLUE DEVIL WAY! Good Luck, I have no doubt that all of you will be successful in whatever path you choose.

To the Jr/Soph/Fr: We've all seen flashes out of this group, both the good & the bad, and you all should be motivated to improve. Now is the time to benefit from the valuable experience you've gained this season, so don't waste it- get in the weightroom, work on your fundamentals, become better shooters. Think about the work and focus it took over the last month to get the record back to .500. It takes a greater amount of work and focus to show up in mid-Nov. ready to go and carry that for 4 months. You think you can wait until October and be ready? You Can't!

Have a purpose everytime you're on the court, in the weightroom or running the track and you'll see the results. You can't just go through the motions and improve, because WINNING IS BRUTAL!

GO BLUE!
