WOW, how can you set up a list without having the best point gaurd in the SOC1 even on their? Unless your just taking a vote on who is second best. I have seen every team in the SOC1 at least twice this year, some more and no point gaurd on any team is better than Jacob Helton from Eastern. He's the cog in the wheel that helps that team run and go. He's not the type of player that is gonna give you 15 points a night, but he has the capabilities to do so occasionally. He sets up his teammates, plays good defense, might be the quickest point guard in the SOC, takes great care of the ball and doesn't get stressed or bothered by good ball pressure. For his height, he can take the ball to the basket better than most players 6ft or taller. I'll take Jacob Helton as my top point guard in the SOC1. (Unless this list is referring to next years class of point guards, but I seen Hall on the list and I'm pretty sure he is a senior. If it is this years class of point guards then I'm taking Helton.)

I know it sounds kind of funny but I think Smithson from Western was just as much the point guard as Hall or Penwell.

I didn't mean to sound completely biased in my first post, just wanted to give Helton the respect he deserved. I would put Penwell at the top of this list too. Hall starts point, but usually Penwell ends up running it, and he has the best three point shot in the SOC this year. The option said I could choose up to two options. So I'll take two not on the list with Helton and Penwell.

Clark wasn't the PG at Green, Pierce was. When he got hurt, Hughes took over the PG duties. I liked the kid from Eastern and East.

I would have to take Chris Penwell over Jade Hall. I'd have to take Helton over everyone else though.

I would have to take Waugh as the best, and probably one of the quickest . Although they didn't beat east he definitely made it very difficult for them to defend him and had a sweet jumper.

I would say Hall and Penwell are probably about even. they each can control the ball well and control the tempo of the game. I expect they each should control Eastern Reedsville in the convo semi's. GOOD LUCK TO ALL

I think Hall would get my vote, the way he controls the game.
