This season is not over yet for three teams.
Kickinurz has said all year that he is from Logan Elm.
Why is he worried about next year?
Good Luck to Piketon, Logan Elm and Oak Hill.

Yes I am an LE fan 1st, and yes I follow ZT as well. For the last 20 years to be exact.
And no I'm not in a good mood right now. Tough loss today.

Wheelersburg will be right back in the thick of things next season and if the rumors I have been hearing come true they will be loaded for bear next season.

Have had people tell me that both players in question that might be coming to Burg have been asked and that they are strongly considering coming to the Burg. Would be a nice addition to an already strong, returning team.

Leslie would fit in really nice within the Burg's scheme of things. He runs the floor well and he plays inside very well. Would be tough to hold down both he and Stegman in the paint. Would give tham and extra force on the boards also. Bendolph would give them another strong guard, possibly starting point guard that can take the ball to the hole and or shoot from the outside.

Neither player will hurt by coming and also if neither players comes, they will still be okay.

i agree completely although i did not watch burg play last year i've heard nothing but good things about the Stegman kid and from watching Leslie and Bendolph play this could create a very tough Burg team come next season.

Will the LE Braves be #1 ?
The Redstreaks ?
Oak Hill?
The Burg ?
The ZT Pioneers?
The Waverly Tigers?
The Ironmen of Jackson?
The VC Vikings?
Marietta?
Logan?
The Peake?
Valley?

Who else?

We're waitin' Pfloyd.

Logan Elm has been consistently good for the last 5 years or so, with 2 district titles and a 2009 state appearance, but the Braves must replace Tim Congrove and Brandon Amann......their top 2 scorers from a year ago........it will be very difficult for LE to repeat last year's success.

2009 State Champion Oak Hill lost Ryan Borden, JD Hale, and Cody Cannon........Coach Persin always finds a way to win, but those are two big holes to fill in the starting lineup and Cannon was one of the first subs off the bench.

2009 State Semifinalist Piketon lost their top 2 scorers as well, Cody Smith and Jordan Brabson.......Caleb Southworth, Keenan Brush, and Evan Legg return, but the Redstreaks most likely will not be as explosive offensively as last year's squad.

Chillicothe lost Caleb Knights, Ron Smith, Seth Dawes, and Greg Van Volkenburg from the starting lineup, so Coach Kellough will have some retooling to do.........Malik London and Michael Turner return for the Cavaliers.

As far as the SEOAL in 2009-2010, due to quite a few personnel losses by quite a few teams, the league won't be as strong as it has been the last 3 years........Zanesville is no longer in the league, and Chillicothe, Ironton, Portsmouth, Warren, and Marietta all lost a significant number of key players. Jackson has the most veteran team back with 4 starters returning as well as Coach Jordan, while Gallia Academy has several kids back in addition to a very good JV squad moving up to varsity this year. Logan has Patrick Angle, Mason Mays, and Jordan Rutter back, so the Chieftains will be in the running for the SEOAL title........but right now I have to pick the Chillicothe Cavaliers until someone else proves they can knock them off.

Thanks T-Dave you always have been right on the money.

The legend may resurface with a veteran team down there in Jackson county. Not that the giant didnt wake up some folks with upsets last year.
Oh how sweet the redemption if he takes those Ironmen to the promise land.

I have heard that Chillibobo is having some trouble with getting some kids out to play.

Just as you said I do like Logan this year.

I still hope your Trojans can keep it together because that group was scary down at the Waverly sectional last year.

I think ZT will be an early season top 5

Piketon loses a great combo.....but Southworth, Legg and Brush will be great again
