17th Hoops Invitation @ the Convo

The 17th Annual Hoops Invitational will be held December 17,2011 in Athens, Ohio at the Convo on the campus of Ohio University. Tickets will be $7.00 for the entire event. If you leave and intend on returning, please get a hand stamp. Below is the schedule for the event:

9:00 AM Girls Alexander VS Pickerington Central
10:45 AM Boys Alexander vs Oak Hill
12:30 PM Girls Fort Frye vs Oak Hill
2:15 PM Boys Waverly vs Warren
4:00 PM Boys Porthsmouth Notre Dame vs Tree of Life
5:45 PM Boys St. Clairsville vs Ironton
7:30 PM Boys Logan Elm vs Chesapeake
9:15 PM Boys Nelsonville-York vs Trimble

... AWESOME !!! ... I for one look forward to ALL of the ALL DAY hoop Saturdays - a great opportunity to see so many quality teams in one place for one price ...

Logan Elm vs Chesapeake in a December matchup?!! are you kidding me!!!!!!! 2 great programs, 2 great coaches (Coach Davis for the 'peake and Coach Stiverson for LE) ... I'd go to the Convo to see this game ALONE on December 17th!!! throw in the
Warren vs Waverly get together!!! Perfect place to be on December 17th - THE CONVO for high school hoops ... looking forward to seeing many of SEOPs "Cheap Seat" guys/gals ...

Dang, wish I would have received and invitation.
Schedule looks good and for $7 for the entire event, that is a steal!

I can't remember Pol Pot ... But their are ways around not paying; you just have to put your walking shoes on.

NY put it on them at Trimble, and we all know how hard it is to get a win over there. I look for the monster to really dominate in this one. Unfortunately for the fans I can't see this one being close. Jay has them hitting on all cylinders now and all the kinks are worked out. Look out TVC Ohio, thats alls I can say.

I would have rather seen something like Nelsonville-York vs Southern ... or ... Athens vs South Gallia in that last game of the night.

Doors open at 8:30am. First game at 9:00am last game will be over around 10:30pm. Long day but nice seats to enjoy the games.
