Some Questions about newspaper coverage.

I need some help from some of my fellow posters about what newspaper covers certain schools in the area.
Besides the Athens Messenger, what newspapers cover the following schools?
Miller in football and especially in basketball.
Racine Southern in basketball.
Eastern (Meigs) in basketball.
Meigs in basketball.
Waterford in basketball.
Trimble in basketball and football.
Nelsonville-York in basketball and football.
Alexander in basketball and football.
Kyger Creek in basketball.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

waterford is probably covered by the marietta times

Miller receives very little print coverage, if they do, it is usually either in the Logan Daily News or in the Perry County Tribune.
Southern, Reedsville Eastern, and Meigs all get coverage through "The Daily Sentinel" out of Pomeroy, Ohio. They do a pretty nice job with there coverage.
Waterford is covered by the Marietta Times and the Parkersburg News and Sentinel.
Trimble, NY, and Alexander - Athens Mess, that is just about it.
River Valley gets some coverage through "The Daily Sentinel" out of Pomeroy, and also gets coverage from the "Gallipolis Daily Tribune".
The Daily Sentinel and Gallipolis Daily Tribune have pretty good online papers where you can read the entire sports write-ups for free, unlike the Athens Messenger...

PDT.....USED to cover all the Scioto County Schools key word is used to...now they may be lucky to cover one, two at the most.

I can't remember the last time I saw the Logan Daily News cover Miller. It's been quite a few years. I would say for Miller it's the Perry County Tribune or the Athens Messenger.

Don't look for the Portsmouth daily times to give you any info 'til at least the middle of next week, if then, on what happens in the state of Ohio. They just copy and paste from the Columbus Dispatch, Dayton Daily News, Cincinnati Enquirer or Cleveland Plain Dealer. Go to any one one of these for info from Ohio.
Kyger Creek hasn't been a High School for several years. Consolidation turned it into River Valley H.S., along with Southwestern and North Gallia.
