New Division III

With the new numbers out will the SE Division III stay with two secionals or go to three sectionals?

Last year the Waverly Sectional had 15 teams, the Jackson Sectional 14 teams, from what I gather 3 schools moved up or down which will give each Sectional 16 Teams. So all that would do is takeaway the Number 1 seed 1st round bye in the Waverly Sectional and the Number 1 & 2 seed 1st round bye in the Jackson Sectional. I would imagine Northwest will return to the Waverly Sectional.
