Re: peebles@whiteoak (friday)
9 rhymed with tribe. First I wrote 5, because it sounded better, then I thought 9 sounded like a good rhyme too.
"Tribe by 25" sounded too cocky

Whiteoak will play well and give Peebles a good game.
Peebles struggled @ Ripley....it's possible the same thing could happen.

I never count out teams like Whiteoak. They always come out scrappy and ready to play hard, if Peebles comes in like they did at Ripley I would have to take Whiteoak by 5 on that court. But i don't see that happening, I think Peebles had an eye opener and wins by 17.

kg23, I think you're dead on about the eye opener. Should be a good game.

Re: peebles@whiteoak (friday)
I think I will definitely have to go to this game! If Peebles is allowed to control the tempo of the game, Whiteoak will be in major trouble. Also, a big player in the game is not one of the 10 on the floor, but transition ball. If Peebles is allowed to freely run their fast break on a defensive rebound, Whiteoak could really struggle stopping those points. But if Whiteoak is able to make it a half court game...then.....should be interesting.

Peebles defeats Whiteoak in all 3 contests. Peebles freshman by about 20(Not sure about the leading scorer), Peebles Jv also by about 20(Jacob Daniels with 26pts,AJ Chamblin with 20), Peebles Varsity by 16(Andrew Seaman with about 14 and a dunk off a fastbreak, Blake Justice with 19). An overall good night for the Indians!

Career dunk mark? I never new there was such stat. I'm going back a few years but I remember a Meade and another fellow from Peebles that dunked some.

Haha we keep record of everything at Peebles. Randy Meade dunked once in 1990 against Adena. Is the other Kephart, Arnold, Ogden, etc?
Re: peebles@whiteoak (friday)
that's it. His name was Randy Meade, and I think the other name is Evans....not sure.
It was in the 90's I believe.
