If schools have closed for the day for weather are they allowed to play the games that night? If not there are alot of games cancelled today.

Wonder if a "play" school has a "no play" school scheduled and the "play" school says the game is still on, does the "no play" school have to forfeit.

I was just wondering today about the "no school, no play" policy........what about the two week break for the Christmas Holiday?........there is no school during that time, yet teams still play games........I know Portsmouth played Jackson and Marietta during the break.

IF school is cancelled at a hosting HS and they still decide to play...it is the away schools decision wheather or not they want to make the trip. If not, then it will be rescheduled.

As of 11 a.m., the Ironton at Gallipolis game was still on for tonight. Ironton was on a two-hour delay this morning. there is no school in Gallipolis.

Marietta vs Logan has been postponed until January 16.

Fort Frye vs. Waterford has been postponed, no make up announced as yet.
