Re: National Hoops Classic
Jackson pulls out the 1st game 51-50....Dylan Newsome scored with about 10 seconds left for the Ironmen and Wellston hung a ball on the rim and it fell off in heartbreaking fashion for the loss.
Re: National Hoops Classic
Wow...how does Jackson beat Athens by 30, and squeeks past Wellston by 1? Answer---2009-10 season! Everyone has a shot each night out, no matter who there playing!

Re: National Hoops Classic
Dobbins, Newsome and Christman combined for 23 points for the Ironmen(avg about 40 ppg)....and each played their most intense game last night.......17 hours later they play vs a rival, fresh Wellston team@ Wellston....with entire Wellston coaching staff at last night's game.
Wellston had every thing in their favor and they executed well (shot 53%) and nearly pulled it off.
