Just realized that SP beat Eastern Brown by 25...ouch...don't know if Manchester can do it. I hope its a battle to the end and the Greyhounds come out on top! Blevins brings a lot to the table for this team. Good luck Greyhounds!

If south point's defense plays like they have been then it should be another great win for the pointers who are currently on a 6 game winning streak...pointers by 10 but good luck to both teams...should be a good game to watch

Blevins didn't play half the 3rd and almost the whole 4th cause he wasn't playing Defense.

that is why I think they lost was his shot was on the bench

He and Prater from Sp both had 15 at the half.

Defense as a whole is what is keeping Manchester down. New coach, same lack of defense.

if defense is their biggest problem overall were other starters who weren't playing very good defense on the bench as well? or was the coach trying to make an example of blevins to maybe make the others play better defense?

Defense is definitely what killed them against North Adams...Manchester is so talented, but inconsistent. If they put it together next month, look out come tourney time.

I saw the dogs 6 times last year and 3 times this year so far. I think they have had some nice talent both years. I don't see the basic toughness and fundamental defense being executed. Last year or this year. The kids are athletic and if the system was in place, I do believe they would do it. If they could lock down on defense, look out! They would be a tough out for anyone.

Maybe the lack of defense in the present is because they are being made to play defense now??? It's just a thought...I know when you try to mold a team into something they haven't been used to being over a period of time, it takes awhile for them to accept that defensive identity.
