Re: Portsmouth (7-5, 6-3) @ Chillicothe (8-5, 7-2) on Feb 2nd
Anybody have the River Valley-Rock Hill varsity score or the reserve score between Marietta-Chillicothe?

Big game for both squads. The loser will most likely be out of the running for the SEOAL title. This will feature some very athletic kids. Both of these teams have unreal potential.

...anything but a complete collapse and Ironton has the SEOAL title...
2 game lead over Chillicothe with the following games to be played...
2/2 vs. Gallipolis
2/5 vs. Jackson
2/9 @ Portsmouth
2/12 @ Logan
2/19 vs. Marietta
Again, the loser of the PHS-Chillicothe game will be out of the running for the SEOAL title. Anything can happen. Obviously alot can happen. Ironton still plays two very tough road games. A long trip to Logan and a trip to Portsmouth, to face the most talented team in southern Ohio. If ironton is overlooking anyone, they can be beatten.
I was just reading on another thread that a guy from Jackson is just as impressed with Portsmouth as I am. he said that Portsmouth would certainly be a regional qualifier this year.
Tobias, i recommend a Super Big Boy platter with onion rings and cole slaw at Frisches on Bridge Street. Tell ol Joe McFadden that I said hello. Oh, and try to convince Joe to put one of those Big Boys down here on the river. ive been trying to get him to do that for 5 years!

Would love to see the Trojans take that second half performance vs. Jackson to Chillicothe Tuesday night.......it was easily the best half of basketball by Portsmouth all season.......I would think the Cavaliers will come out and full court press us, and we have to be able to handle it.......we didn't in the last 2 minutes of the first game and it cost us........
This time around the Trojans will come to CHS with Tory Horne and Dion McKinley, both of whom did not play in the first game.......the two combined for 44 points vs. Jackson.
With a win, Portsmouth can tie Chillicothe for second place in the SEOAL.
GO TROJANS!!!
