What is your thoughts for the game?

The second half didn't look like the same Clay team that started the game the first half at all

Clay needs to get back to team ball. They are playing for seeding in the tourney now and you want to end your season winning.

This is East's homecoming game, if it isn't hard enough to play in that gym already. Not giving a prediction on this one...

I pick Clay all the way , If Lawson and Valentine are in.

you can't overlook the speed of East's guards. Those Garrett boys are good and if they get hot then Clay will be in a battle.

East beat Symmes in their gym and believe played the Eagles tough there as well. East also just beat Western at Western. I like the Tartans in this one.

This gets old hearing well they got to other post players that equals to lawson and other gaurds clay is a whole team not a two person team!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Graham is just as good if not better than Lawson, and the same with Porter, Porter plays harder and rebounds better than both of them

I know that there are other guards and post players. I just think that the odds are better with JV and CL in the mix. I certainly am not trying to take anything away from Graham and Porter because they both had a great game the other night. The only thing that I would mention to help Graham to is to anticipate a little more and get rid of the ball quicker when bringing it up the court. . Good Luck Panthers. Looks like we will be attending another Homecoming on Friday.

Clay is a whole team and thats how they were winning was when they played as a team.

agreed if they win or if they loose it is a team effort

they last few games haven't been team ball. If they don't return to team ball they may not win another game. East is a tough win at home and green is fighting for the SOC, Notre Dame always plays Clay tough, then you have South Webster and Valley to deal with in between. Hopefully Clay can get back on track.

if clay doesnt play team ball and take shots when they arent open or just gets in a big hurry they will lose but if they slow down work the ball around clay should when it in a close one. The start of the game and the start of the 3rd will tell u if clay or east will win the game.

The East / Clay game will be made up on Wednesday, February 10, 2010.

why was this game postponed? the weather wasnt bad

Heavy snow was predicted and the temps were in the low 30's. I think the main reason East called off the game was the fact that their homecoming would have had the kids out until after midnight, and the temps hovering right around freezing, things could have iced over quickly. My brother in law just had to be cut out of his truck on Swauger Valley about a month ago after hitting black ice, so those back road hollows freeze quicker than the river valley. Better safe than sorry. Both teams should be well rested by Wednesday night, or at least Clay. I don't know if East has a Tuesday game or not. Has anyone heard if they are still doing homecoming?

I just heard that the game is on for tonight. This should be a good match up.
