I believe 68-51 was correct. St. Joe led by 3 at the half but couldn't hold on.

I didn't get ther euntil midway second quarter thanks to some bogus directions. Went to Ironton High, a science fair at another school, then made it to the game

Jeeps dominated the second half. ISJ gets my vote for worst gym in So. OH hope they get that new one built fast. can't even inbound it from out of bounds

Worst gym in Southern Ohio? You really did get some bogus directions because you must have been in New Boston, not Ironton.

I didn't know that St.Joe was getting a new gym.
they have played at Ironton Jr. High for along
time because their gym is really small.
Ironton High School is getting a new School
but kept there old gym. Ironton Jr. high is better
place to watch a game than New Boston, I don't
know about the floor.

New Boston and East, are the worst gyms ever. And yes, you can inbound the ball..it is just called a restraining line..there is plenty of room to throw the ball in. Whoever gave you the bogus directions must have not lived in Ironton..coming from South Webster on 52..you take 1st Ironton exit..make a right at a stop sign off the exit ramp, a left at the next stop sign and go straight for about a mile or so, and make a left where it says "School Zone." Basically..A right, left, and another left. Only turn at stop signs. Hope next time is easier for you.

Not that it'll make a lot of difference now. But what was the deal with the score? Did the score keeper give 2 of Webster's points to St. Joe and never did correct it?

That's not the worst gym in Southern Ohio. The restraining line was something the Jeeps were not used to, but they caught on.

As far as the score, the scorers from both teams as well as the clock operator all agreed on the score. I'd have to think it was correct.

If that's your only complaint, then obviously you've never been to East or New Boston's gyms. They both have restraining lines for out of bounds plays.

St. Joe will have a different gym to play in next season. That building will be demolished once this school year is finished. They will probably play at a gym in the new Ironton High School.

The restraining line days. Got to love it. If they didn't knock down the old school they could have practiced with the restraining line. I think we did that my senior year when we played clay.
