Not having seen Fairland play, they were at the Belpre/Wellston game scouting Belpre, I hope popcorn phil is right.

The winner gets the honor of playing Oak Hill.

I can tell you 1 thing this one will have plenty of points scored!! Fairland is prob as fast a team you will see play especially the guards Belpre likes to get up and down as well!!

Should be a fun game to watch!

I'll take Fairland by 5

I thought Oak hill is in the Jackson Sectional?
Fairland is in the Athen sectional?

How would the winner play Oak Hill? better check your sectional brackets

I would say you better go check it out yourself. Athens 1 bracket has Oak Hill the 1 seed and Belpre the 4, Fairland the 5

Both Belpre and Oak Hill have what you may call a bye and have to win just one game to advance to the Convo.Belpre plays Fairland in the Athens Sectional and Oak Hill plays the winner of Wheelersburg/Rock Hill in the Jackson Sectional and if they both win they play each other in the District at the Convo on the 7th of March.

Eaglepaw do you seriously think Fairland is almost like a bye? Or they only have to play one game to get to the convo?

No,I was just saying they both got a bye and only had to win one game to get to the district game at the Convo most likely against Oak Hill who also only has to win one game. I no way said I considered Fairland a bye game for Belpre.I don't know anything about Fairland so I can't predict either way about how that game will turn out.

If Belpre is THAT tall and can RUN the floor. I smell big trouble for the Dragons. Although very quick, not enough size to keep up with that. Although I will be there cheering on FHS.

Belpre is very long and athletic. They are an outstanding offensive team that gives defenses fits

I think this game may just come down to coaching so i would have to give the edge to Belpre in this one. Parsons has done a pretty good job with the mess he inherited this season.
