enjoy it for sure....Fayetteville, Lynchburg, Eastern and Ripley were all very close...you guys pulled it off.

rivalries always depend on who's hot at the time, right? In the late 80s it was more Peebles/manchester. Early 70s it was more Peebles/West Union or Peebles/South Webster. (before the schools consolidated and there were 8 schools in adams county, rivalries were as confusing as World war 1 alliances). But in the early 80s it was Peebles/eastern pike...Peebles/North Adams didn't really kick in until 1985, but was really amped up in the early 90s when both teams were very good. So I suppose it's the longest running AC rivalry.

how bout when west union had that good team with cox and bennington, that rivalry with north adams was HUGE them 2 years. it even trickled down into the jv, west union moved bennington down to play north adams in the holiday tourny but north adams still came out on top
