Unioto knocked off Westfall 79-72 in 3OT tonight. Unioto looked like they had the game locked up late, but Westfall hit a 3 at the buzzer to send the game to OT. Both teams struggled from the free throw line. Zach Smith did play in the game but fouled out in the 2nd OT. It was a fun game to watch, Unioto is very fast and gets the ball up the court quick.

svcbaseballfan- I just caught the end of regulation and the OT's and man, was it worth the trip. Exciting game. At the end of the game, WF had 4 sophomores on the floor and I believe all of them played mostly freshman ball last season. The future should be pretty bright in Williamsport. Hopefully they don't dwell on the negatives(FT shooting) and focus on all of the positives from tonight's game. Great win for Unioto, that's the type of game that they have lost, not only the past couple years, but seemingly for most of the 21st century.

Congrats to Evan Legg on hitting the 1000 point marker. If he has the year I think he's capable of having, he could hit the 1500 point marker when it's all said and done.

Good wins for ZT and PV as well.

crack- That's 2 comments about that and even if it's true(not saying it is), it's not needed. It's true that Piketon seems to be head and shoulders above the rest, but wait for more than a week of the season before making a blanket statement.

I am just glad the Streaks are playing a tough non-league schedule to get them ready for March.
