Gallipolis hits the road again Tuesday to take on the Logan Chieftains in their new wigwam.
Thoughts.
Blue Devils are 3-3 and are averiging 46.1 ppg and giving up 51.1.
Chieftains are 0-3 on the year and averaging 49 points a game and giving up 59.3.
Both teams lost their SEOAL openers Friday. Marietta edged GAHS 38-35 and Jackson downed Logan 60-49.
It will be another tripleheader with the freshman game set to start at 5 p.m., weather permitting.
It will be a rematch from last years JV coaches who are now head varsity mentors.

Logan is always a tough place to play...but I like the Blue tonight (if they play).
Ethan Moore seems to be putting up big numbers and if that continues they should be OK.
I hope to catch the game on the 28th vs. Chilli......might be a "toughy" though
.

Logan won something like 55-35. I think Gallia only had 10 points at the half. Gallia's offense was lost-and Logan played a lot of zone.

Freshman game was a blowout the first half. GAHS up by 15 or something. Second half, one of the Logan kids, started driving and hitting everything he shot. Along with some questionable fouls on this same kid, he hit most of his free throws, and had like 15 points the second half. Gallipolis hit a game winning court long pass to an underneath man for an easy layup to win with no time on the clock. Well see how the next game goes for them. Chili freshman have always played this group good. I think Gahs hold the edge tho.
