I love that schedule. Very tough but that makes you better when it counts. Taft, Huntington High, Capital, Wheelersburg, Ashland...very good non conference schedule. No cupcakes.

I agree, great schedule for the Fighting Tigers.

I heard a few of the kids did not come back out this year any truth do that and why not?

You're Tiger Bait ... has the Ironton paper put out a "preview" for hoops season yet ?

More than I expected went out, however I believe out of the 22 kids in this senior class who played in the 8th grade only 2 are playing this year. I believe there are 3 seniors, 1 junior and 4 sophomores playing along with a good group of freshmen.

The Tribune's bball preview will be in today's (Wednesday) paper.

any one know why the ironton classic page hasnt been updated? still showing 2015 info..... and tigertown is showing wesley christian as the 23rd opponet

brother I don't know I moved from the ironton area to lake white in waverly in 2010. and everytime I try to check the tribune on line my computer vapor locks.

there ya are pink Floyd. if I got the paper I'd send it to you. call jim walker at the ironton tribune tell him ozzie said to try to send you one. it will have the whole ovc.

he's the sports editor there.

why is it in basketball season nobody posts anything about the fighting tigers. I try to keep up with it here from waverly. because my computer vaporlocks every time I try the tribune on line. so I check here , but nobody says anything about a game or the scores or rosters,schedules or anything. it don't seem right. especially how much we discuss football games here.just curious. at least they could keep a running post of sorts here and kinda inform us fellers not there anymore. well anyhoo good luck to the OVC and the IRONTON FIGHTING TIGERS.

what happened to this tournament? It use to be one of the best tournaments with a lot of d1 players.

looks like an impressive lineup. not quite like ones past. but none the less an awesome weekend it looks like.

I agree! Didn't the tournament use to be 3 days? Not much fun to watch these local teams (no offense). It was nice to see the prep teams!
