Austin Mcmaster will be sitting this one out. Due to some type of illness! The Panthers with their Leading scorer out i still say win by 20+.

For saying that beating a team by 64 points is pointless? Sorry, I guess I just think teams should have a little class. My bad.
You called Ironton's lopsided win "disrespectful" and "classless".
But a 58-point win by Chesapeake in this game warrants no comment other than you're glad you skipped the game?? Where's your line of demarcation? 60 points?? Over is classless; under is OK??

No coach worth a #$&$ tells his players not to play hard or not to score. And he MUST allow his first team enuff minutes to stay sharp. It's not like a football team kicking a field goal with a minute left in the game while holding a 40-point lead. I'm sure Davis had his players take their time when they had a big lead, but U simply DO NOT tell'em not to play their best! After all, he has some younger players thinking of next year & wanting to show Coach that they can play this game.

THis game was without their leading scorer, CHesapeake may have dropped 100+ on them had he played.

Sorry bud, had to study. I can't really comment on how the game went. But anyway, I'm not the coach, so I can't control how much we win by. I never think winning by scores that big is a good thing, but really, don't complain to me about it. I never called you out specifically for winning by that much, so don't do it to me. If you've got a problem, take it up with Davis.

I did hear that jv played from pretty much the 3rd quarter on (and we were without one of our biggest contributors points-wise from the beginning). And that's our real jv--not the couple other kids who sit the bench and play in real games, too.

There was no running up of the score. Rock Hill is simply not very good. Played horrible defense all night. Their coach had them in a zone probably because he felt they couldn't match-up with them speed wise. The Panthers just kept shooting the three with nobody guarding them. I don't have the exact number but they probably had close to 15 treys. The J.V. played most of the 3rd quarter and all of the 4th.

I think there's also a difference between the schools, too. Rock Hill is a conference team and has to play us twice a year, every year. I remember them, along with pretty much everyone else, beating the pants off us in the 06-07 season. It happens. Just what got me in the Dayton Horizon game was that the team was only in their 2nd year of even having a team and I'm sure they didn't drive all the way here to get spanked like they did. That's where the respect thing came into play, IMO. Beating a team by 50-60 points is never necessary, so don't chew me out for something that I personally did not do.

Chesapeake is good! When you go there or play them and you don't play well especially on defense expect to get beat by 50,what is the coach of Chesapeake supposed to do? Tell the kids to not shoot or hold the ball?
I see nothing wrong with it.
