I made it to a game finally. 77-41 cavs. Reserve team came in the game with 4 minutes left. I was very impressed with how unselfish this team is when i watch them. Now on to Warren.

Ragland leads Cavs with 25. Big time show in firstnhalf with 9-10 from the field. Balanced scoring with the rest of the team with 11 players scoring.Bucks#10 wrote:any stats?

The Ragland kid needs someone in his ear, because he could be unstoppable and without question the best in our area,9 of 10 does not surprise me,coming from him.

Logan had a decent day at Denison Shootout. They beat a very good Watterson team in the first game and then battled back down 16 to Teays Valley to win by 2 late. It seemed fatigue set in as Lima Shawnee took advantage of a sluggish start from Logan to win game three and then Logan played Perrysburg who used a 1-3-1 trap to win the last game going away. Logan players who played well; Vermillion, McNeil, Miller, and the freshman big kid looked pretty good. OU team camp next week. Sorry, im bored.

Frosh transfer from Groveport I think. 6-7 post player plays national aau in the summer. I was told he is a top prospect for his class around the state. Good size, moves well, but importantly; he knows the game. Knows where to be on defense and the little things that Logan seems to have been lacking in the past with their post players. He looked pretty good Im told.

Logan finished 16-5 at OU team camp this week, just an FYI. Im told teams that the Purple and White played and defeated were Olentangy, Southern, Minford, Westfall, Massilion Perry, Eastern Brown, Point Pleasant (State Final 4 Team last year), Newcomerstown, Tuscawaras Central Catholic, Watkins Memorial, and a few others. Good couple of days of hoops it sounds like.

is Logan playing anymore summer games after the OU team camp?

Played at Groveport thru last year. He has been on AAU teams for years and his teams have done well at the state and national level. He wasn't a top scorer on these teams because of the guard play expected at that level but is a solid post player who will continue to grow and should get a lot better with age. Most of his teammates have been central ohio kids from the city schools who will be all-city league players and more. He's still learning and now has a great opportunity at a school like Logan to put up excellent numbers throughout high school. Remember the name: Kevin Fisher, the coaches up here nicknamed him "fishstick".Loganchiefsnation wrote:Frosh transfer from Groveport I think. 6-7 post player plays national aau in the summer.
