Yes, we know this is a boys forum, but this is a story that's simply worth knowing about.

In a touching ceremony, the town of Stewart showed the true character of Southeastern Ohio as it honored its "Iron Five." The Federal Hocking girls basketball team is the epitome of heart, soul, desire and heroism. Hardwood Heroes was in attendance last Thursday, and here's our take on the wonderful display of class.

These girls sure earn an A+ for sticking it out and not quiting.

A valuable "life lesson" that will carry these young ladies far in the years to come.

They play hard and they never quit....The Federal Hocking community should be very proud of the hard work and dedication that these ladies have shown.

Wow, that's amazing for those girls. Definitely something that they'll remember forever and should be extremely proud of their effort throughout the year.
