Comments on Peebles's draw and how far can they go?

Looks as though could end up mirroring last years run. Do feel we are capable of beating Ironton and then see what happens in the Reg. Kinda like to see a Peake vs. Peebles matchup.

I think Peebles did well with the #1 seed as far as tourney path. It looks as if we may have a rematch with Ironton in the District finals and we owe them one. I think Peebles has a good chance of making it to the Regionals this year if we play like we are capable.

Anything can happen, but if I was a bettting man, I would bet Peebles and Ironton will be playing each other on March 12.

Lynchburg or North Adams, Probably Wheelersburg, Probably Ironton, Probably Portsmouth, Piketon/Chesapeake/Eastern District winner. That's a gauntlet and who's who of Southern Ohio Basketball over the last several years!
But can be done though one game at a time. The Chef witnessed the Redstreaks get hot a couple years ago. As a whole, maybe the toughest path out. Good Luck to our neighbors the Indians!

I think it is a great possibility at a regional run.Ironton will be a hard out but I know we are capable of winning.If we can get out of the Districts we probably would have to play Portsmouth.They are playing real well.

The run Piketon had a few years ago is what keeps us dreaming.I love to see local teams get hot come tourney time and that is exactly what Piketon done.Goodluck to the Redstreaks come Tourney time.

Would love to see a Piketon against Peebles Regional Finals. It could happen.

Its been nearly 3 decades since we last went to the regional....I think with a little bit of luck the guys might be able to make it through this year.

I think if a matchup between Ironton and Peebles is in the future it will be one heck of a game. Ironton has played a pretty tough schedule this year.
Hope both Teams make it, I would like to see this matchup.

If Valley upsets Burg in the sectional it could be deja vu for the indians this season.....except hopefully with the shot at the end rimming out :122249

By the looks of Ironton schedule they played tougher competition than Peebles.

Don't think they will make it out of Districts again, but I would love to see them go far.

Ironton will be hard for Peebles to beat,however I would take Peebles in this possible district final matchup in a last second shot by Countryman Peebles 71-70 over Ironton.

Obviously the deeper the tourney run the more exciting the games will be. I think Peebles can play with anyone as long as they keep level headed. Also, it depends on how bad they want it. One game at a time and before you know it Athens will be in the rear view instead of the brick wall that they cant seem to get passed.

When you have a player like Justice anything is possible...not a knock on the other players as he has a lot of help, but a player who can drop in 35-50 points on any given night can really carry a team

He has definately been a big factor in our success over the years. With players like Andy Countryman, Jake Daniels, Trent Arey, Tyler McFarland, etc. around him there is no wonder why people are excited about the tourny potential this team has.

Peebles is playing really good ball right now.They are putting it all together at the right time to make a long tournament run.How many seniors does Peebles lose?How does next years team look?

Do the Peebles fans think that you are a better team this year or last year? Obviously you had 2 dangerous weapons we had to worry about in our last matchup.
