d4 regional?

i was just looking at the dates and sites for the regional tournament and i saw something i think is quite unfair. the athens d4 teams will play the regional semis at athens and the columbus d4 teams will play their semi-final game at the barn.
then the regional final will also be played at the barn. has this happened before?
i know they use to play both semis and finals at the barn.

If I am not mistaken the Central District used to play almost all of their tournament games at the Barn and truly have a homecourt advantage when Regionals came around. It will be a disadvantage to the Southeast District Team when they go to the Barn, but we should also be thrilled about getting 2 teams to the Regional as last year we only had 1 qualifier.

I will take this route over playing Newark Catholic in the Regional Semis at the Barn and if you could pull off the upset then playing Harvest Prep in the Regional Finals! The Central District only got 1 team this year to the Regional.

Esatern District teams in D-3 have played regionals for years at the Convo, against teams from the SE district, who played their district games also at the Convo. Take a look at the statewide brackets, it happens in a few places that consecutive rounds are played at the same sight, thus creating familiarity for a couple of teams.
