I think the Chieftains will be improved enough to move into the top 3 of the SEOAL.......Luke Miller graduating was a big loss, but from the players I saw last year that are coming back, LHS could post a winning league record........Warren is the frontrunner for the SEOAL title the way I see it, but after that Portsmouth, Chillicothe, and Logan will be the main challengers. Don't know what the non-conference schedule looks like, but getting over .500 is a real possibility for the Chieftains.

Is it true Paul McNeal will be on the bench this year with Helber?

If we get some breaks I see a record of 11-10!

you all have obviously not seen chillicothe play after malik graduated and the other london boys left. Zach Johnson is their only PLAYER. warren is obviously the frontrunner. and from there its a tossup.

Getting rid of Koons at good move? Are you serious? He is one of the best coaches to ever stalk a sideline........just ask him

Not posted in awhile but couldnt help myself so here are my predictions. logan sub 500 overall. Good coaches surround themselves with good coaches dont see it here.Logan has the talent but lack the coaching factor and discipline to win the tight game. They will be limited with very short var bench. Paul McNeal back on the bench HOPE SO mans a legend. He got short changed at every job he has been let go from.Terrible loss not having Koons back on the prowl Logans loss Nelsontuckeys gain. I figure this year will be another total disapointment same as last.So lets get thru another football season and hope for the best. Until next time hold on to your laptops so they dont turn up missing and have a great football season see ya in November.

haven't seen much logan basketball since graduating, but i do know they're talented enough to win 15 or so games, I hope they can bring a league championship this year.

trubbguru,
I could not agree with you more! Losing Koons is a big blow to the program. The man is a coaching legend, just ask him. Congrats to Nelsonkucty for landing Koons what a steal! Jay watch your back! You may feel a sharp pain and when you turn around you may just see Koons. If NcNeil does take Koons place the program will be in good hands. Coach Helber has the program heading in the right direction. We just need to give him enough time, but I do not see them getting to 500. Not enough size or depth. 8 wins at the most. Oh guru, I have my laptop secure in my lap. Not getting this one! LOL

Mr Rock, losing Koons is very disappointing, one pain in our backside is gone. I am hoping for a 10-12 win season, Good Luck Chiefs!

This season will deffinitly be a break out season for logan. They have a talented starting 5 but lack a good bench. Chieftains hands down with a good season!
