Heard Trail came back from double figures down in the fourth to win last night? Big win.
The Caldwell/Frontier score was 50-39. Caldwell did not play well at all last night. Those kids have to figure out who they want to have the ball and from where. We have a really good perimeter shooter that we don't find nearly enough. He hit three of four last night and then they stopped finding him. Guess that will come with time and experience.

Haven't got to see Caldwell yet, but from what people are saying is that they are very young, well coached, and play young at times. As for good shooters, haven't heard much of that. Guy at work said coach made some line-up changes in the 4th last night and they played really well and pulled away, especially defensively.
Can't wait to see them in person and hope they continue to get better and win some games. Stay injury free as well.
Is trail and warren good this year, or is Cambridge and Fort Frye not as good as years past? Could make for some interesting PVC battles down the stretch.

Really Warren is a top d2 contender with 6 players atleast 6-4.Very athletic and very well coached.

Warren would beat every team in PVC.FF had a decent game plan was leading at half.Fort Frye missed a lot of open shots.1/15 from 3 I bet that doesn't happen all year. Also Belpre a team that FF beat will win 15 games.Fort Frye just needs gain its confidence back a 3 road games in a row vs Warren,Trail, and River won't help.I think they need to be 2-2 going into the 4 road game in row @ Shenandoah. Also Trail beat Barnesville by 25+ and Barnesvillle beat Doah...So what's that say for Doah?I said it before the yr Trail would have team right up there with River and FF.

Warren and Trail should both be really good. I expect Fort to rebound an do very well too. Shenandoah has talent, has played the first two games without Hurst but he is back now. They have a terrible coach though. River/Trail/Fort are the class of the league with Caldwell/Central/Doah all very similar to one another. Frontier is again at the bottom.
As for Caldwell, they are really young. While I didn't exactly agree with the line up change you talk about Journeyman, we did get the win. I still think if we continued to feed the hot hand it would have been a blow out sooner. I know they put Jefferson on him and kind of took him away but you have to get someone who is feeling it good looks. It builds the confidence of the entire team. I suppose they will learn but I think sometimes they rely on Wiechman to much when it gets tough, just my opinion. I guess that's part of being so young. Glad our boys got a win and hope they get the second one over at Beallsville tomorrow night.

Beallsville really only has one player with very much experience and their numbers are way down...something like 13 players freshmen through seniors.

What was the switch up that Caldwell did in the fourth against Frontier?
