Friday was his first game back since he was injured in the first matchup with FH. He played limited minutes (approx 15 or so). Had 10 points plus a few rebounds, a steal and a couple assists. His presence def makes a difference for the team.

With Leasure back,if Belpre can stay out of foul trouble and the starters can play a complete game they will be able to win again.
The Eagles need this game to have any chance at the TVC Hocking title. Go Eagles

Just got home from the game, was hoping to get clairfication on the Technical foul sequence. Belpre bench received a Technical, as they brought the ball down the floor, after FH scored on a put back after a missed free throw. In the maylay that ensued, a belpre player was given a T.......FH then shot 6 freethrows. What am I missing here. Where there 3 technicals?

1 technical on Thornhill ... 1 technical on Therriault ... and the foul that caused the argument in the first place. (which was free throws since Fed Hock was in the bonus)

Radio said foul was called on Belpre, coach argued and received Technical, player also received technical, thus 2 shots for foul, two shots for each technical.

The T on the Belpre player was Theriault. With FH in the bonus a Belpre player fouled in the back court for a 1 and 1. Coach Thornhill was given a T from the worst officiating crew I've ever seen in varsity high school sports and then the player was T'd up. FH shot the 1 and the bonus and the 2 freebies for each T and then the ball out of bounds.
Congrats to the Lancers they played hard and came out shooting the lights out. Hope that Carney is ok with his ankle. That makes the win even more impressive. Good hard fought game down to the last 2 min or so and then the wheels fell off for Belpre. Good Luck and good health for both teams.

Fed Hock had the ball after a foul was called on Therriault (first two foul shots). Thornhill argued the call and got the T (second set of free throws). Therriault (not Leasure) got a T when he too argued the call (third set of free throws).

Why were the officials the worst you ever seen? Was this your first time watching a game away from Belpre?

except it ruined your 'hard stance' on a Hocking champ having 4 league losses this year ...
