Looks like we got some of our southern ohio high school basketball officials doing this game because they are horrible

19 points, 5-5 threes, 2-2 FT's, and a slam dunk in OT in the 88-81 win in OT. I' m sure other schools are wondering how they missed out on recruiting Jake.

Ohio didn't have any scholarships. Did recruit him, just didn't have an opening.

Dude was straight up ballin tonight! His offense was great, but I was very impressed by his defense on Cooper late. He is definately going to be hard to keep off of the floor playing like that. Very exciting to see a Pike County player doing so well.

It says something about Kretzer that his coach trusts him as a freshman, especially as a 6'7"-6'8" forward, to guard the other teams best player (who happens to be a 6' point guard). Akron will be set with he and Treadwell playing at least 3yrs together. It might be hard to replace the presence Zeke Marshall gives them though. Not many skilled 7 footers come through the MAC very often.

Your right Tribe, I have watched 3 games now, and they were all tight in the end, and coach had Jake in there. Only gonna build his confidence for the years to come.
