If the refs are neutral, Athens will run away with this game. Those Athens kids could win the league with no coaching at all. They are just that talented.

Game is at Vinton, so under your logic, I'm guessing a tight one in McArthur.

Here we go! Blaming the refs already....ill make sure hawkeye sets a box of tissues up on your table before the game dog. :) Maybe if VC isn't up at half, you'll let old dundas on the air.

I'm saying Athens by at least 20, but have to agree with people already setting it out there that it won't be Athens fault if they lose. Keep in mind they have Lutz, Burrow and the twins. the next starter would have been what the 7th or 8th man if Watson and the other guard would have stayed and played? after that nothing on the bench. So that being said if a couple of those four get in foul trouble in ANY game it will hurt them.

Payback from what? VC getting drilled the last three times they've played the dogs? Lol

… the officiating at Vinton County ? I watched the VC vs Alexander game this week - I have to say that the officiating crew called the BEST game I've seen so far this season … it was a well coached game, well played game by 2 good teams AND the officials were never "the" show! the game was won on the court by the TEAMS … imo exactly the way it should be every game …

… should be a good game tonight in McArthur as well ! the Bulldogs of Coach Skinner vs Coach Combs & the Vikings …

And being 100% correct in their voting? Seems legit.

2 quality teams with 2 quality coaches. Athens has been the conference big dog as of late but that's pretty much been Vinton Co's spot the last 10-12 years. I'm sure with 2015 closing fast with graduations the Vikings can drive that first nail in the coffin in the Athens 5 year run atop the TVC Ohio.

Haha yea I was thinking the same thing. How dare combs vote the district champion Logan elm #1.
I could see where Athens would take offence to that. Warren beat Athens, Warren lost to LE. Things that make you scratch your head. Lol
