Though Miami Trace is much closer to the convo than Athens

I know you can't compare scores, but MT did just beat VC, while VC put it on Athens twice. That alone could cause the Panthers to be overconfident.

MT is deep and crazy athletic. A bunch of guys who can score it and play pretty decent defense.

Never count out a team with Griffin Lutz. Plus, his supporting cast stepped up huge to get them to the Convo on Friday.

This should be a really high scoring game. Mix this game with the Chillicothe/Fairfield Union game and you have an amazing night of HS Hoops at the Convo.

$10.00 says Athens has the smallest crowd of all the D2 teams. Play in their own back yard and still can't attract a crowd. Been that way for years.

Lol yea that would be okay but I'm talking in terms of 20-30 points. The dogs need multiple scorers and they need to play good perimeter defense. I'll be pulling for the TVC!

Miami Trace is the deepest and most athletic D2 team in the district, but sometimes they can get in their own way.

I'll pick MT, but wouldn't be shocked to see Athens win.
