I'll go with Fairland by 3

Does anyone know anything about Southeastern I have never seen them play.

Should be good matchup..Maddox will have to have very good offensive game for Dragons to win but I think the Panthers hang on to win a close one..SE by 6.

I have not seen Fairland play, but I have heard they are fast and can shoot. I think it will come down to defense and rebounding, like it did in SE's last two wins over Zane Trace and Eastern Brown.

I think this will be the best game of the day. Maddox is an outstanding player and Fairland can defend Southeastern's guard play. Question is: can Fairland handle Southeastern's size on the interior?

I like the Panthers by 5.

I like SE in a tight game. If Miles can keep up how well he's produced the last few weeks, then it may be a larger margin.

Fairland is an up and down team. Evan Maddox is a pretty good player, he's hit over 40 3's this year and eclipsed the 1,000 point mark. The Campbell kid is a heck of a defender on the ball and has a high motor, and you can't forget about Chance Short and Shane Stevens who are both averaging near double digits. Fairland has been Division 2 in the past so their 12-11 record is a little deceiving.

Southeastern has been playing well since about mid January. They have a very solid starting five and have been getting 3 - 4 guys in double figures during this stretch. I think the Panthers have the edge in talent, and when you look at their bench and see Coach Cox and Coach Kellough, they've been down the tournament trail more than a few times. I give the edge to the Panthers 53 - 44.

SE has had two great wins in a row (Zane Trace and Eastern Brown, and I think both teams were shocked) and have a lot of confidence right now. Which is how a team should be playing going into the tourney. This should be a good game. Hopefully the weather cooperates so all the teams can play Sunday.

I have watched fairland play several times this year and heard a lot about southeastern. It sounds to me like southeastern bigs will dominate the inside with height and athletic ability. The guard play for fairland is good at attacking the rim but break down defensively.

So by that I'm going to go with southeastern 64 to 56. Fairland is playing well right now but they haven't played 3 good games in a row. Your also looking to a team with 11 losses compared to 4.

Great comeback by Fairland. Hice and Cartee stopped getting looks in the 4th for SE and that was huge.
