I had a chance to see some great basketball last night. Wheelersburg looks like it now has shaken off its football legs and is now running full throttle. The players seem like they are adapting well to Coach Ater's style of basketball now. In the first half the Burg struggled somewhat but roared back the second half for a 69-60 win.

I think we all knew it would be a slow start to the season with the football playoffs and a new coach. This was a good win and hopefully things will keep starting to click. Oak Hill will be a tough game this Friday, followed by a trip to Russell, KY on Saturday.
