Thoughts on this game? Gallia’s Logan Blouir will be out with a sprained ankle

Blouir being out will certainly not make it any easier for the Blue Devils. Gallia probably not playing with a lot of confidence right now after 2 straight tough losses at home. Coal Grove when playing well can be a load for any team.

I think this will be a good game and I think is a toss up game. Gallia will have to play their best game and make their free throws to win this game. Gallia should have won against Ironton and would have if they would have made their Free throws at the end of regulation and end of First OT. In Warren game the one ref bad call on Call that ended up getting 2 techinals fouls giving Warren 4 fouls shots and ball turned a 3 point game into a 10 point game and put Call out of the game with his 4th and 5th foul that call was a horrible call. Turned the whole complexion of the game turn down 3 and Gallia with ball and a chance to cut lead to 1 pt or tie game with a 3 into a blowout. I also believe Gallia playing a hard fought double OT game Friday against Ironton with Warren being idle Friday night and their coach at Gallia and Ironton game scouting big advange for Warren. Fresh legs against tired legs. Gallia will be fresh and ready to go in this game should be a good one.

Looks like they miss Mr Loveday more than ever.....

Hopefully Gallia talent can overcome deficiencies in other areas. Look for the Blue to bounce back in a close one 55-53

I think this game will turn around if Corey call is ready to go. Friday the kids back was so bad he couldn’t move shut out . Saturday was better but still way off what he has been most of season. If call is ready to go and back where he should be. Blue devils win comfortably. If call not back to his normal self. Not sure where you make up those points. I mean if call can’t give you his 15 or 16 points you might need Mcellend to score 30 plus. If call an get his 15 the others can make up Blouirs points

My guess would be Cole davis

I was guessing Bailey Walker but either one would be a good choice

I see bailey as being a option but would prefer the defense.

Gallia Academy loses 3 straight. I am not one to talk about coaching. But tonight’s loss squarely on coach. You don’t tie up a game at home with 20 seconds and set back and let visitors run down clock and either be overtime or they win. You got to go out at least 10 to 15 seconds of that and try to make something happen.

Coaching didn’t lose this game turnovers cost the Blue Devils this game we up 3 with the ball and turn the ball over twice and then was down 2 then had chance to go up twice and turnovers killed them.

Combination of both.

To me you you new turnovers and lack of rebounding was going to kill you. It had all night. In a case like that when they have been struggling the way they had they should of shortened the game. Sometimes you have to help your team out. Especially when they have been struggling.
