Hard to beat a team three times, but East will have to have someone else to step up and score along with Shope and Flannery in order the pull off the upset.

No upset here! Glenwood NB just to much overall talent in this game.

... this time of the year is called "one and done" "survive and advance" for a reason - anything can happen ! I recall back in the day ... New Boston had beaten East with Steve Sturgill/Bobby McCann & Co. 2 times during the regular season ... had to play them in the tourney at the Grant Gym in Portsmouth - darned if East didn't pull the upset !!! ... the post season is ALL about staying focused, executing on the court - if you are the favored team the MORE you have to focus, the more you have to execute ... can't give an underdog a reason during the game to feel like "hey! we can beat these guys !!!" ... if you're the better team - prove it ! show it on the court ! play like there's no tomorrow - because there ISN'T !!!" ... best of luck to both teams !

Glenwood returns to the Convo!

East just doesn’t have the tools to stop NB. Cox wants to win and he wants to win big, therefore they’re going to get up in East, who cannot handle pressure. Much respect for Coach Bailey and his team!
