Convo odds

It's going to be a very entertaining three days of basketball as the district tournament finals begin on Thursday.
Poll question:
The odds EVERY No. 1 seed advances is set at 25:1 ... In real betting terms that means you bet $1 to win $25.
The odds at least ONE No. 1 seed does not advance is set at 5:1
Be interesting to see where posters would put their money.
#1 Zane Trace vs #2 Fairfield Union
#1 Sheridan vs #2 Jackson
#1 Adena vs #7 Chesapeake
#1 Wheelersburg vs #6 Alexander
#1 Coal Grove vs #3 Waterford
#1 New Boston vs #2 Trimble

EVERY single one? I don't see it happening.
If I had to guess, one of Adena, Zane Trace, or Sheridan will go down.
Burg, New Boston, and Coal Grove are heavy favorites.
However, I would most definitely bet 10:1 that ALL advance over 5:1 that NONE advance, if that is the question.

I’d only go to about $10 on all advancing...to win $100
Sheridan/Adena/ZT could all lose

If that is your thinking, why not bet $50 on them to not advance? Win $250. lol

I would probably bet $100 on them to not advance. Walk out with a cool $500 in my pocket.
1. It's high school basketball and district finals - anything can happen on the big stage.
2. My bet would be based on me thinking Fairfield Union wins that D2 match-up. Gut feeling.

If the bet is paying 5 to 1 for only 1 of those 6 to lose then I’m placing $5000 on it and trying to find more $ to bet

There is a good chance all those No. 1 teams win this weekend.

So EVERY 1 seed has to lose? That clearly should have way higher odds... like 100:1 if not more that ALL the #1 seeds go down.
If you're saying that only ONE of the 6 goes down for 5:1.... I'm with Lucas, I'm betting my house, retirement, etc.

Then I'm betting heavily on the 5:1 that at least ONE #1 seed goes down.

Fairfield Union straight up +125 is the bet.
The 2.5 is ok, but that's not enough points to sway me off the value bet.
